Many organizations choose to produce a test file, which they can submit to the FDOR for data structure validation. When you run the R078310X program, you can process data in test or production mode. You use the Florida SUI XML Format program (R078310X) during the SUI reporting process to generate data for the FDOR in XML format. The new format, which is available from April of 2007, enables organizations to submit tax and wage reports, along with payments, using the Extensible Markup Language (XML) format.
